How do I return or exchange an item?
SheShreds.co is committed to your happiness. If you're not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please email us at RETURNS@SHESHREDS.CO with your order number, description of item you would like to return and the reason.

There are two ways you can return an item:

1. IF YOU LIVE IN THE U.S. we can send you a prepaid shipping label. All you have to do is print the label, adhere it to your package, drop it in your mailbox and your mailman will pick it up. We then deduct $5 from your return amount.

2. You can choose to ship using your own method but we do require a tracking number. USPS first class service does have a tracking number option! Just email the tracking number along with your order number to: returns@sheshreds.co mail your package to:

Exchanges:
Because we sell out of merchandise quickly, the most efficient way to replace an item with a different size, color, etc., is to return the original item for refund and place a brand new order. Our refund process is quick and easy!

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you contact us within a few hours of placing your order, we can usually change or cancel it. If it is over 12 hours or more, the order is usually already shipped out and on it's way. If this is the case, don't worry...just refer to our RETURN POLICY. it's quick and easy!

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders to such addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping, and may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and for all charges related to returning products to SheShreds.co, if necessary.


Do you ship to P.O. boxes ?
Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. boxes via Standard USPS shipping only. Orders to such addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.

How is sales tax calculated?
We charge sales and use tax according to Federal, State and Local government guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.
Note that the taxes presented at time of order submission are only an estimate, and may not take into account applicable exemptions and tax holidays. Final calculation of applicable taxes will be performed when the order ships and your credit card is charged.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased on SheShreds.co are good for our SheShreds.co signature collection only. These gift cards will NOT work on our partners websites. 

Purchasing a gift card:

  •  After checkout, you will be sent a personalized email notification containing a unique URL which you must visit to view your gift card.
  • You will be provided with a gift card code, to be used at checkout to redeem the value of the gift card when purchasing a product from our store at a later time.
  • A print button is provided, for obtaining a paper copy of the gift card to give to a recipient.  
  • An email button is proivded for sharing the gift card with the giftee

Redeeming a gift card:

  • Visit our store and select the products you would like to purchase
  • Go to the Cart page once satisfied with your purchases, review your order and click the Check out button;
  • Enter in your billing and shipping information and click Continue to next step;
  • On the next page, input your gift card code in the text box under Have a gift card? Enter it here:
  • Click the Apply button. A label will appear above the text box with the code and your available balance.


How do I use a promotion/coupon code?
To redeem a promotion or coupon code, enter the code in the appropriate field on the Shopping Bag page. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown. You must click "redeem" in order for the discount to be applied. The discounted amount will be displayed on the Shopping Bag and Order Summary pages. If the code is invalid, expired or you have not placed the correct products in the shopping bag, a discount will not be applied. Sorry, only ONE promo code can be used per order!
