After a few months as an active ambassador, you'll be eligible to start moving through the ranks of our promotion system, which can earn you some great rewards, including free gear, exposure, athlete features and more!  If you're interested in being an upper level ambassador or sponsored as a team athlete, the first step is to understand what will be required of you to reach that level!  Check out our promotion requirements and see if you have what it takes.

Note that communications about your eligibility for programs will arrive via email, so be sure to check your SheShreds emails regularly!

CREW - Just the Basics

• Be active on social media!  Be sure you're tagging @sheshredsco and hashtagging #sheshredscocrew on all of your posts. 
• Stay in touch!  To maintain your CREW discount and the other perks of crew level, you must be active and responsive.
• Stay in the group!  Crew members must be part of the Crew-Ambassador Facebook Group.
• Remain at the crew as long as you like!  There is no requirement to move up through the program.
• If you’re interested in Bronze, start participating at the Bronze level.  In about three months, you’ll receive a Bronze application via email.

BRONZE - Actively Engaged

• Be active on social media!  Be sure you're tagging @sheshredsco and hashtagging #sheshredscocrew on all of your posts. 
• We’re looking for BRONZE ambassadors to participate in a way that suits them. 
• YOU can choose how you engage -whether you’re an Instagram junkie, you thrive on the thrill of competition, or you’d rather be social IRL, what we’re looking for is INVOLVEMENT!  
• Social Media: Get engaged with the community!  Check the Crew Facebook Group,  or Crew Instagram regularly!  
• Live Community: Make new friends, host a meetup,  help out where you can, and welcome new ladies into the group!
• Recruitment: Spread the word!  Find your favorite  ways to share SheShreds.co with your friends and girls you meet.
• Learn: Watch the Facebook Live sessions - these have tons of great info and tips!
• You must have been active as an ambassador for at least THREE MONTHS to apply for Bronze.  
• If you’re interested in Silver, start participating at the Silver level!  In about 6 months, we’ll email you a Silver application.

SILVER - Everybody Knows Your Name

• Our SILVER ambassadors stand out by embracing the SheShreds.co core values:
• Togetherness: at the Silver Level, we’re looking for you to be a good friend and mentor to our other ambassadors. Become a Mentor via our Facebook Group, help out on the Crew Facebook Group, connect on Instagram, or meet up with other ambassadors in your area!
• Fearlessness: Silver ambassadors don’t have to be an expert in their sports, but we love to see you progress, challenge yourself, and try new things! We’re looking for your social media to be INSPIRING.
• Ingenuity: We’re looking for girls who are uniquely creative, and bring ideas to the table.  Whether you’re coming up with awesome meetups, submitting designs for our apparel, writing blogs, or finding new ways for ambassadors to connect - we look for Silver level ambassadors to bring something unique to the brand.

• We are looking for silver ambassadors who excelled at the Bronze Level in their own way.
• Silver ambassadors will be required to show growth in their social media followings with the goal of giving significant exposure to SheShreds and participating successfully in the GPE program.
• Gift Card Rewards - silver ambassadors will be rewarded for what they bring to SheShreds.co by converting engagements on social media into gift cards as a part of our GPE Program and will be required to track and report their social media successes in order to receive these rewards.
• Other perks include special stickers and gear, a Silver care package, invitation to Silver & Gold FB group, a Silver discount, and an expanded Ambassador profile on the website.
• You must list SheShreds.co in your social media profiles. 
• You must be at the BRONZE level for at least SIX months before applying to Silver.

TEAM - Competitive Focus

• Team is for girls who focus on the competitive aspect, or professional filming for their sport and have shown significant progression over time.
• We are looking for girls who inspire and push their fellow female competitors at competitions and practices, or by filming with a professional film crew.
• Team members blend the qualities of a SheShreds.co ambassador and of a professional athlete.  Athletes should embody our core values of togetherness, fearlessness, and ingenuity in the competitive world, helping to market SheShreds.co at their competitions by displaying logos on their gear, and listing SheShreds.co as a sponsor. 
• The position is seasonal and must be renewed annually. The application process includes a resume of competition results, ride time and other accomplishments.
• You must list SheShreds.co in your social media profiles. 
• Gift Card Rewards - Team ambassadors will be rewarded for what they bring to SheShreds.co by converting engagements on social media into gift cards as a part of our CPE Program and will be required to track and report their social media successes in order to receive these rewards.

• Team athletes are required to have a minimum of 1,000 followers on Instagram.
• Team athletes must be actively competing in their sport, and in most cases should be competing at a level where they travel to compete. 
• Participate in our season edits when applicable for your sport. 
• You must be at BRONZE level or higher to apply for the team.

GOLD - Leadership and Talent

• GOLD is an exclusive, invitation-only part of the Ambassador Program designed for ambassadors who have shown leadership in the SheShreds.co community ABOVE and beyond SILVER.
• To be invited to the Gold Level, you need to STAND OUT from the other Silver ambassadors . We look for involvement online and in your local community as well as social media exposure of SheShreds.co community and product.
• Gift Card Rewards - Gold  ambassadors will be rewarded for what they bring to SheShreds.co by converting engagements on social media into gift cards as a part of our CPE Program and will be required to track and report their social media successes in order to receive these rewards.
• Gold level ambassadors are required to have a minimum of 1,000 followers on Instagram.
• Gold ambassadors will be rewarded for what they bring to SheShreds.co by converting engagements on social media into gift cards at a higher rate than Silver.
• Perks include  special stickers and gear, a Gold care package, a Gold discount, an official Gold profile on our Ambassador webpage, and a priority in social media posting.
• You must list SheShreds.co in your social media profiles. 
• Participate in our season edits when applicable for your sport. 
• Gold is INVITATION ONLY and you must first be Silver before you can achieve gold. 

INTERESTED IN GOLD?

PRO TEAM - Professional Athletes

• This team is invitation only for our ambassadors who have excelled to a professional level as an ambassador and a competitor, or filming with a professional film crew.
• We are looking for girls who have embodied our core values at the Gold level in community outreach and social media advertising.
• Team girls will be rewarded $ CASH $ for their engagements and competitive success.
