One of the big perks of being a SheShreds ambassador is becoming a part of our extensive online community of thousands of women who love to shred!  When you join the crew, you will be added to the Crew Facebook Group, but we have some additional resources you might also want to join:

SheShreds Nation - this is a wider group of ladies that includes both ambassadors and ladies who just wanted to be a part of our community programs.  Look here for meetups, locals advice, and gear recommendations!

Private Crew Instagram - For those of you who are more likely to scroll your insta feed, follow the Crew Instagram to stay up-to-date on the latest and connect with other ambassadors via the 'gram.  As you hit the follow button, make sure to DM us and let us know that you're actually an ambassador and not a spammer!  

Parents Group - for the parents of young shredders who join our community, we have a separate group where you can connect with other parents and help your kiddos make their new shred besties!

Fitness Group - for our ambassadors looking for advice and motivation about fitness, check out this group run by ambassador Rachel Walsworth.
