What does SheShredsCo mean to you?
SheShredsCo is an inspiration to all women to not only take on new chances and adventures but also to push ourselves and our shred sisters to continue to grow and learn within our sports. I feel as though women in sports are often misrepresented and under-appreciated. Women are portrayed to be "pretty" or "delicate." SheShredsCo is here to inspire women to be more than what society wants us to be. We are powerful, inspiring, and determined to be the best we can be and we are not going anywhere. We are a forced to be reckoned with and we are here to show the world just how badass we can be.
What drives you to do your sport?
I am driven by my passion for sports. Ever since I was little I was passionate about skiing and when I learned how to snowboard I never looked back. I was determined to be better. Each winter I assess where my snowboard skills are and where I want to be. I am driven to learn more knowing there is always room to improve. My passion and drive for learning carries through from snowboarding to both of my newer sports, wakeboarding and skateboarding. I would encourage anyone who is an athlete to continue to challenge themselves. There is always so much more you can learn.
