What does SheShredsCo mean to you?
It means a ton, everyday I wake up and go check the Facebook page. I love being in such a tight knit group with ladies that love everything I do. I'm always inspired to try new things, and they help give everyone the support they need to try new things.
What drives you to do your sport?
My competitiveness and love for the sport. During whatever sport season I am in, I fall asleep dreaming about it. I think about how I did that day, how I will do tomorrow, and how I will act on it. My life almost completely revolves around sports, after family friends and god.
