What does SheShredsCo mean to you?
The presence of SheShreds co means that girls no longer need to feel that they'll be labeled negatively when they participate in the sports they love. SheShreds co is a strong foundation for any female who is ready to take a leap into something new but wants guidance from others who have been there. We are a loyal, fierce, strong, and capable group of ladies willing to help smooth the road for females in generations to come.
What drives you to do your sport?
I am driven by and excel on challenge. The desire to challenge and excel is why I’m always pushing my personal limits in both the sports that I’ve grown to love since childhood, and the many that I’ve picked up for the first time as an adult. If I had to sum it up, adrenaline, speed, competition, and a social environment are what drive me to the hill, mountain, lake, and rink each time I’m fortunate enough to lace up whatever equipment I’m using that day.
