What does SheShredsCo mean to you?

Without SheShredsCo I wouldn't have realized how truly amazing it is to have a community of other athletic women to grow with, and have the support of. I have learned to face my fears and achieve growth in my sport, through the support of the SheShredsCo community. For me, SheShredsCo means embracing yourself and the support of others, on a path to your greatest goals in life.

What drives you to do your sport?

The release and adrenaline that I feel when I hit the slopes is a rush that I just can't deny myself. The peace that I gain from being in the solitude of a snow covered forest is undeniable.
