What does SheShredsCo mean to you?

I’m so inspired every single day by what the crew at SheShredsco is doing. I love being a part of that, it pushes me to push myself outside of my comfort zone. I am humbled by everyone’s journey and by the support that can be found in this group . Being a part of the community is a great reminder for me that there is bigger.

What drives you to do your sport?

I don’t know if we have much choice over what we are passionate about. It just makes me super happy when I’m doing it, so that’s why I do it!
