What does SheShredsCo mean to you? SheShredsCo means to me that I know a group of rad women in every single extreme sport that you can think of and they are all my sisters. They can teach me a new trick in my sport or just offer support when things aren't going so well.I am so lucky to have found a group like SheShredsCo.
What drives you to do your sport? My main sport is roller derby and what drives me is getting better. I want to learn new skate tricks or new plays to help my team improve and one day make it to the big leagues! I found crossfit on my journey, I wanted to gain muscle but I also gained a love the gym and challenge myself with heavy weights (still hate running though). These sports have led to a more confident me! Snowboarding is just my awesome winter hobby and I want to one day make it out of the baby terrain park!
