What does SheShredsCo mean to you?
SheShredsCo is a family. A family of girls from all over the world who may or may not know one another and could even speak a different language, but still encourage each other in our sports. SheShredsCo seems to have no limits and that's what we need when striving to push females sports. Boys can't have all the fun! #unitedweshred
What challenges do you face being a female in the sport?
One big challenge as a female in wakeboarding is opportunity. The pro tour no longer has an event for women. Because girls wakeboarding isn't as big as men's, some women's events aren't held as high on the totem pole.
Where is the most unusual place you have done your sport?
I can't say I've ever been anywhere unusual, but the most interesting place was Lake Minnehaha in Florida. Just the thought of so many gators being around you in murky water was nerve wracking.
What has been your most memorable moment so far?
Most memorable moment was my comeback after my first competition. I placed last in 4 for my first event ever. Then I pulled through for a 1st in women's, and a 2nd in a local semi pro men's competition.
Who/what are your inspirations
My inspiration has been influenced by many riders. Amber Wing, Meagan Ethell, Corrie Wilson, Raimi Rutledge, Tarah Mikacich, Melissa Marquardt .
