What does SheShredsCo mean to you?
SheShredsCo is a network of awesome women who push past the norms and live on the edge. This group has helped push my riding to new levels, it's nothing but support and encouragement.
It's going to tournament and having a group of "strangers" cheering you on. But those strangers become friends who become family. SheShredCo is changing women in extreme sports from being degrading and but throat to being supportive and we build each other up. We've become a part of something greater than ourselves, and it's success is a part of us all.
What drives you to do your sport?
My drive for wake boarding and wake surfing is just pure fun honestly. I used to be super competitive and it just left me frustrated and angry. I'm happiest on the water, surrounded by my family and friends and this year changing my focus to having fun and enjoying these moments my riding has far surpassed anything I've ever imagined. And the more I taste that success the more I want it, which leads to having that much more fun. There's is literally no better day spent than on the water surrounded by love, flying through the air and pushing the limits on a board. That is my drive everyday, to just get out there, enjoy the moment and make it good!
