What is the most difficult part of your activity/sports for a beginner? The easiest? The most difficult part is adjusting to water or snow conditions. The easiest part is practicing repetitively nonstop and having fun!

What is the best and worst thing about being female in your sport?   The best part is meeting other girls that understand the sports I do and, making new friends. The worst part is that there are fewer girls who do the sports.

What would you like to see change in your sport to make it better for you and other female athletes?  I think that getting more girls into the sport. I also think changing the image and reputation that girls have for being weak and wimpy could help.

Besides your ability and style factor as an athlete, how would you describe your personal style?  Skater, street, laid back yet wild, spoice, free

What are your favorite brands/designers for your sports apparel and for stepping out? SheShreds, Thuggeis, Honey brand, Neff, Venture shades, Vooray, DC

Let’s hear your thoughts on how important looking good is to feeling good. “Being” your personal best?  I think that looking good yourself and feeling fresh helps self-confidence for ladies. It makes us feel good about ourrselfs and when I feel good, I feel like I am more daring and I can try hard things.

How dangerous do u really think it is compared to what people do in their regular activities? Dangerous is all in how you ride.

I bet in your experience you have seen some crazy crashes. Describe one. I have seen someone attempt a backflip snowboarding and they rotated too early and fell straight on their head. They scorpion 10 feet down the hill.

What usually gets people hooked on your activity/sport?  It looks fun! Everyone can start at their own skill level and advance.

What is your favorite trick? Tamedog (forward frontflip)

Do you own any other toys?  20 gauge shotgun, 12 gauge shotgun, indo board, Tampoline Board

What gets you pumped up for the day?  Honey Combs cereal

What are three things you could not live without?  Chocolate, Mountain Dew, Pizza

What are your expectations for this activity/sport?  Ride sideways forever

Who have been your biggest supporters in getting you to where you are now?  My dad on the hill and My grandpa on the lake. Uncle Tony and aunt Gina.

Who’s your favorite rider/shooter (photo/video)?  Bob Soven ( Super nice guy) Jamie Anderson ( very talented)

 Mac McMorris ( spoice)

What do you do in your spare time when you’re not riding/shooting/competing?  Hang out with my awesome sister Josie and planning for the next adventure.

How about in the off season to stay in shape?  Indo board/ skate board

What is your biggest goal to accomplish this/next season?  To perfect my board slides and wake jumps

What do you do to prep for a competition?  Dial in a few tricks, and build a routine

What competitions and other awards have you won? Include your non sports accomplishments also.

Sheshreds 1st rail jam: 1st place in my division.

Sheshreds 2nd rail jam: 2ndplace in my division

What’s your favorite “way” to ride( wake sport- specific, cable, boat, winch)(Snowsport specific- park, freeride/backcountry, urban)?  I like riding in the terrain parks on the snow and boat for wake.

Favorite conditions?  My favorite conditions for snowboarding are hitting the terrain parks with no wind and  no ice on a powder day because the snow is softer to land on and the falls don’t hurt as much. For wake, I like sunny, warm, calm days with no wind and the least amount of boats on the lake.

Where would be your biggest dream place to ride and why?  Aspen, CO because they are known for the biggest terrain parks and the best setups. The service there I hear is amazing. Especially when the Dewtour and the Xgames are in town.

What song(s) do you listen to while riding that puts you in the zone?

  • Lights- Klayplex
  • DJ turn it up-Yellowclaw
  • YALA-M.I.A.
  • Original Don (feat. The Partysquad)-Major Hazer
  • You and Your Friends (ft. Snoop Dogg & Ty Dolla $ign)-Wiz Khalifa
  • Opposite of Adults- Chiddy Bang
  • Habits (Stay high) [hippie sabotage remix]-Tove Lo

What turned you on to your sport?  Just the thrill of it all and how free you are when you ride.

Any new tricks you’re working on?  Snow: Tamedogs, board-slides, ground 180.  Wakeboard: 108, basic airs, ollies, carving.  Wakesurf: carving, control, shoot the duck, fire hydrant, ollies.  Skate: ollies, carving

What other extreme/action sports are you into?  Trapshooting, 4-wheeling

If extreme/action sports didn’t exist, what would you be doing with all the free time you’d have?  I would be dreaming about these sports and inventing the sports.

What’s your favorite board/bike/sled to ride and why?  I like to ride my Burton 135 custom v-flyer snowboard because it is built for the park and pipe. It is also very flexible for butters. It is good to ride any day and it can be ridden in any conditions.

What’s the trick to riding features and not killing yourself ?  ALWAYS have control, speed check, center your board, keep weight centered, and just go for it! Having fun and just going for it with no fear is the best way to land or any any feature!

How would you describe your riding style?  Laid back yet technical, crazy, fun, fast.

What would you say is your signature trick?  Method grabs

Favorite drink of choice to refresh yourself after a long day of riding/shooting?  Mtn. Dew!!!

What do you want to be when you grow up?  Other than a professional snowboarder or wakesurfer, I want to be either a physical therapist, a board sport coach, comp coach, or a board graphic designer.
